The role of the Team Manager is pivotal in:
- Providing effective leadership of a team of housing colleagues to drive high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Managing estate management, tenancy management and allocation service.
- Developing and continually improving the housing management service and developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A strong record of demonstrable achievement.
Experience of working in partnership with stakeholders to deliver excellence.
Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective management team.
Salary - £46,411 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum.
Location: Greengates Office - Stanley, County Durham. Regular travel will be required.
37 hours per week with agile working.
