We\'re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Housing Officer in our General Housing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to our customers and the communities they live in.

About The Role

As a Housing Officer at Karbon Homes you\'ll provide an excellent housing and estate management service to our customers and communities. This opportunity will empower you to make a difference to people\'s lives by allocating their home and ensuring the estates are well managed and a safe and secure place for them to thrive.

This role is based in the South Durham area with travel on occasion needed across Teesside.

About You

You will wow us with your enthusiasm and demonstrate that you have the ability, attitude and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues and support the work of Karbon in our communities.

It goes without saying that you will have good organisation, time management and ICT skills. But most importantly you\'ll be great with people.

Key Details

  • Housing Officer - permanent role
  • Salary is £35,995 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,317 per annum
  • Location: Gosforth, Stanley, Teesside (to be agreed)
  • Regular travel will be required
  • 37 Hours per week with agile working
