Our Development Delivery Team, with the backing of a Strategic Partnership relationship with Homes England, is responsible for securing land and delivering an ambitious programme of high quality, multi-tenure general and supported/specialist new build homes across both rural and urban locations. This role will help drive further growth in new homes across our expanding Yorkshire geography.
About The Role: We are excited to be recruiting an important new leadership role for the Yorkshire area as Head of Land and Partnerships. The role will lead the Yorkshire new business team in overseeing all aspects of pre-construction activity including:

About You: We are looking to strengthen the leadership credentials within the team by attracting an experienced housing development professional who has a strong teamwork and collaboration ethos. You will be a dynamic team player and part of the Development Delivery Leadership Team, enabling you to influence new strategies and shape policies to enable delivery.
You will have a proven track record in delivering multiple complex grant and non-grant-funded housing development projects, producing investment appraisals, managing cashflows and securing contracts within timescales to deliver results while ensuring customer satisfaction in new homes product and service delivery is fully considered.
We will ask you to collaborate with other colleagues across the business, as well as external consultants and contractors to support a culture that delivers results and service excellence and promotes the Karbon values and brand.
