We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Damp and Mould Co-ordinator in the Support Services Team.
About the role
To provide dedicated support to the Damp & Mould Team, with a focus on producing timely, accurate written summaries following hazard investigations, in line with Awaab\’s Law. This includes technical and administrative support across scheduling, documentation, materials coordination, and compliance tracking.
About you
You will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have excellent interpersonal skills to build effective and strong relationships with internal and external customers, whilst working to tight deadlines in a busy property services department.
