Karbon Homes is seeking an ICT Service Operations Manager to lead 1st, 2nd and 3rd line ICT support, including Service Desk, cloud infrastructure and cyber security.
The role reports into ICT & Digital Services and is based at our North East offices with some homeworking.
The successful candidate will manage a Cloud Infrastructure and Security team, mentor the Service Desk Team Leader and work with development teams to improve SDLC handovers to operations.
Travel across NE is required.
