We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals, such as nurses, health care workers, and residential staff across various care home settings.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. You should be skilled in sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing & Candidate Search: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through direct outreach, cold calls, and LinkedIn sourcing. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for various healthcare roles, nurses, medical administrators, and support staff.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Facilitate and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process. Review CVs and certifications to ensure candidates meet job requirements and regulatory standards. Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the hiring process.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, healthcare-specific recruitment platforms, and social media channels. Ensure job advertisements comply with industry standards and healthcare regulations.
- Candidate Engagement & Experience: Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and next steps. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure future engagement and referrals.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all hiring practices comply with healthcare industry regulations and internal company policies. Keep accurate records of candidates and interview processes, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant. Track metrics related to time-to-hire, candidate quality, and recruitment performance.
