Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Quality and Compliance Manager located in the East Midlands area covering Leicester, Northampton, Perborough. The Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing quality control processes, and overseeing quality assurance and management. This role involves developing and implementing quality improvement plans and ensuring that all care practices meet high standards of quality and compliance.
