We’re looking for a Pharmacist to join our amazing team in one of our branches in Leicester. This friendly pharmacy offers a wide range of services, making it a great place for a newly qualified pharmacist to start their career or for an experienced pharmacist to really make their mark.

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to share their expertise, inspire their team, and drive a continuous learning culture to constantly improve your pharmacy and put our customers first.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy
  • Coach, lead, and develop your team to deliver higher performance
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
  • Reviewing prescriptions
  • Organising the Pharmacy
  • Adhering to SOPS
  • Providing information and advice to patients
  • Ensuring safe medication use
  • Monitoring patient history
  • KPI and Service driven approach
Requirements:
  • You must have an MPharm degree or equivalent and be registered with the GPhC by your start date.
  • You will also be comfortable providing services to patients, including vaccinations.
  • Strong track record of leading and coaching
  • Ability to effectively manage and maintain a strong working environment
