We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a care home offering residential and nursing care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Duties

Experience

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams effectively.
