The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-volume, high-quality recruitment across our care homes in the Northeast and East Midlands regions. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers to attract and retain exceptional care professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across care and operational roles
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and community outreach
- Ensure all recruitment activity meets regulatory and safer recruitment standards
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and retention trends
- Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and Compliance teams
- Strengthen employer brand presence across LinkedIn and relevant platforms
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within healthcare, social care or regulated sectors
- Strong understanding of safer recruitment and compliance requirements
- Understanding of DBS, right-to-work checks and employment compliance
- Full UK driving licence desirable
