We are currently seeking a focused and dynamic Training Manager to join our friendly people team. You will be responsible for managing the Kara Training Academy alongside the health and social care training developments required across the group, from overseeing online and face-to-face mandatory compliance, to ensuring we have development opportunities and clear career pathways to support and encourage career progression.
About the role: This is an in-house recruitment role supporting end-to-end hiring across our care home network. You will work closely with home managers, operational leaders, and the wider People and Culture team to fill a high volume of roles across care, nursing, and support functions, as well as specialist and leadership positions. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner for hiring managers, ensuring a consistent, values-driven, and legally compliant recruitment process throughout.
