As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer with strong expertise in separator equipment to join our engineering team.
Role Overview
The Senior Process Engineer will take technical ownership of separator‐based projects from concept through detailed design and execution. This is a senior, hands‐on role requiring deep process knowledge, strong problem‐solving skills, and the ability to interface with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design and engineering of separator equipment, including:
- Gas–liquid separators
- Oil–gas–water (2‐phase and 3‐phase) separators
- Scrubbers, knock‐out drums, and filter vessels
- Sand separators, degassers, and related internals
- Process design basis
- PFDs, P&IDs, and process calculations
- Separator sizing, rating, and performance verification
- Specify and evaluate separator internals (demisters, cyclones, vane packs, etc.)
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of process engineering experience, with proven specialization in separator equipment
- Strong background in oil & gas, energy, process industries, or environmental systems
- Demonstrated experience in separator sizing methodologies and design standards
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g. ASME, API, ISO)
- Proficient in process simulation and engineering tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with CFD studies for separator performance
- Exposure to modular or packaged equipment design
- Experience supporting EPC projects
- Knowledge of offshore and hazardous area applications
