Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive part-time project coordinator to support the execution of ongoing manufacturing and engineering projects. This is a remote-first role with a requirement to attend the office once a month for planning and coordination meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project milestones and deliverables with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, reports, and status updates
- Liaise with production, engineering, and procurement teams to track progress and flag delays
- Facilitate virtual project meetings and maintain records of actions and decisions
- Monitor workload distribution and support team members to meet deadlines
- Contribute to process improvements for smoother project execution
- Support compliance with client requirements and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
