Salary: £25,000£27,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £35K£40K+)

Were Club Control, the UKs biggest provider of EPOS and membership systems for social and sports clubs (basically, we help clubs run better). Were growing fast and looking for a confident talker to join our sales team.

Youll be chatting with clubs across the UK, telling them what we do (which theyll likely have heard of already were kind of a big deal), and booking in demos for our field sales team. Yep, theres cold calling involved but not the hard sell. Just real conversations and solid commission.

What Youll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to clubs across the UK

• Booking appointments for our sales team (no travel for you)

• Following up marketing leads and enquiries

• Logging everything in the CRM like the organised legend you are

• Hitting targets (with a big cheer from the team when you do)

What Youll Need

• A confident phone voice friendly, clear, maybe even charming

• Sales or customer service experience? Nice, but not essential

• Resilience youll hear not today before you hear sounds great

• Motivation you want to earn and grow

• Team spirit and a sense of humour we like a laugh
