Due to continued expansion and the creation of a brand-new position within the business, Club Control is looking for a driven and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering different areas across the UK, focused on generating new business opportunities, building relationships and closing sales. Club Control is the UK’s leading supplier of membership software, door entry systems, ticketing services and payment solutions for the sports and social club sector. Established in 2014, we support more than 3,000 customers nationwide.

This newly created role is ideal for a confident and proactive sales professional who thrives on winning new business, opening doors and creating opportunities through self-generated leads and outbound business development activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving continued business growth. With a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure and excellent earning potential, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by success and wants to directly influence their own earnings and career progression.

Role Details

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £25kpa with uncapped monthly commission OTE £50k+
  • Benefits: Company pension, laptop and mobile phone
  • Travel: Regular travel is expected as part of this role, including overnight stays where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and outbound sales activity
  • Building strong relationships with club officials, officers and decision-makers in person, by email and over the phone
  • Booking and attending face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations
  • Negotiating confidently, closing deals and consistently winning new business
  • Managing and developing your own sales pipeline to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Representing the business professionally and maintaining strong product knowledge across our membership software, door entry systems, ticketing services and payment solutions

About You

  • A full manual driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Previous field sales or business development experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised
  • Confident working independently and managing your own territory
  • Resilient, ambitious and motivated to exceed targets
  • A background in hospitality, software or technology sales would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided
