EPOS Field Engineer £30000 to £35000 DOE plus Van Laptop and Overtime

Location: Nationwide travel Home based (Head Office in Tattenhall, Cheshire)
Salary:£30000 to £35000 per year depending on experience plus overtime and on call pay
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekend travel)

Club Control is the market leader in EPOS and membership systems for members and sporting clubs across the UK. Since 2014, we have been delivering smart, reliable tech to help clubs run better. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a full time EPOS Field Engineer to join our national engineering team.

This is a field based role with national travel. You will work from home, travel in a company van with fuel card, and use a company laptop to support installations and maintenance across the country.

What You Will Be Doing

• Installing and maintaining EPOS systems at customer sites across the UK

• Diagnosing and fixing hardware, software and connectivity issues

• Running and testing Cat5 and Cat6 network cabling

• Supporting onsite upgrades and assisting club staff

• Providing evening and weekend phone support on a 1 in 5 rota (with on call pay)

• Occasionally staying overnight when required (hotel and meal allowance provided)

What We Are Looking For

• Experience installing or supporting EPOS systems is preferred

• Good understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking

• Confident running and testing Cat5 or Cat6 cabling

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence is essential
