Position Summary
Are you social and outgoing, with a passion for connecting with customers and a flair for visual merchandising? If so, we may be looking for you as a sales ambassador at Newbie in The Lexicon, Bracknell. At Newbie we sell more than just children's clothes—we sell a dream. As a salesperson you will ensure that every visit feels uplifting and inspiring. You’ll guide customers to make long‑lasting purchases while creating a beautiful and inviting in‑store environment. You’ll also help keep the store, storefronts and garments in perfect condition.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented with an eye for interior design and passionate about aesthetics. Experience in retail or service is a plus. The position is for a casual worker with variable hours during the working week, starting as soon as possible. Store hours: 09.00–18.00 Mon–Wed; 09.00–19.00 Thu–Sat; 11.00–17.00 Sun. Your shifts will be rota’d accordingly.
