Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, meticulous and organized person who is passionate about sales to join us in Bromley as an Assistant Store Manager at Newbie.
The role will help lead and inspire a team, create an inspiring environment and unique shopping experiences for our customers.
As Assistant Store Manager you will ensure that every visit feels uplifting and inspiring.
You will communicate clearly, greet customers, guide them to long‑lasting purchases and offer a unique customer experience.
You should have previous experience in a leading role in retail, preferably in the fashion industry, and post‑secondary education in commerce, economics or leadership is an advantage.
You will also have a sense of interior design and organization, helping to keep the store, storefront and garments in perfect condition. At Newbie the details matter.
The role is a 1‑year fixed‑term position at Bromley, 40 hours per week, with an ideal start date of 1 August.
