As a Quant Developer at Kappa Lab, you will be working within a trading team, playing a pivotal role in translating quantitative trading strategies into operational algorithms and production-grade code. You will be working at the forefront of the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency trading. This position demands a blend of problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement high-performance trading algorithms and systems for cryptocurrency markets, ensuring they align with quantitative strategies and market-making objectives.
  • Optimize code for speed, reliability, and scalability to handle high-frequency trading environments and large-scale data processing.
  • Analyze market data, liquidity patterns, and order book dynamics to improve algorithm efficiency and pricing models.
  • Improve reporting and analysis of the existing system's performance.
Required skills
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
