We're looking for a Web Optimisation and Delivery Manager to join our team.
Role Summary
Responsible for global web performance strategy and outcomes, setting priorities, standards and success measures, and combining hands-on leadership and delivery, with enablement of destination teams. Work is based on evidence-based optimisation (including SEO / GEO / content design) strategies, priorities, standards, and success measures, while ensuring needs are effectively translated into day-to-day delivery across websites and acquisition journeys. Accountable for performance trade-offs, sequencing of work and focus across markets, to maximise commercial and recruitment impact. Accountable for improving education product visibility, traffic quality, user experience and conversion to application, across Kaplan websites - ensuring web activity supports recruitment, accommodation and university partner objectives. Advises on, and supports, web and CMS operations and updates - particularly for optimisation.
