We are looking for a Travel Administrator Apprentice to join our team.
Role Summary
The Travel Administration Apprentice will support the organisation in delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective travel bookings across the business, including rail, air, international accommodation, and related travel services. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business administration through a Business Administration apprenticeship, while developing transferable skills in coordination, stakeholder management, data accuracy, and process improvement.
Working closely with Procurement and Finance, the role will help ensure that travel bookings follow agreed policies, use preferred suppliers, and support Kaplan’s sustainability objectives by promoting responsible travel choices.
