We are looking for a Student Success Advisor to join our team.
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Student Success Advisor to support recruitment efforts for our UK and North America partners. Reporting directly to the Student Success Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and their parents, guiding them from the early application stages through to enrolment.
You will also be responsible for executing the team’s school strategy by working closely with UK schools and English language schools, building strong relationship through visits and engagement to support student recruitment for our university partners in North America and UK Pathway programmes.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service. Able to communicate clearly with diverse audiences in written and spoken English.
- Organised and detail-focused, able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Confident using phone, email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, and IT tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel independently across the UK for school visits, recruitment events, and occasional weekends.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Culturally aware and adaptable.
