We’re looking for a delivery focused Senior Project Manager to join our Information Technology team in London on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will lead transformation and integration projects across multiple systems and platforms, contributing directly to student centred innovation.


Overview
In this role, you will lead complex integration and transformation initiatives across the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing, Experience, Sales Cloud), the Microsoft stack (Office 365, SharePoint, Azure), and other systems. You’ll be accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with Kaplan’s strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• End to end management of transformation and integration projects.
• Deliver implementations across Salesforce, Microsoft, and other platforms.
• Plan and manage budgets, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and governance.
• Engage and align stakeholders from IT, business leaders, and vendors.
• Lead workshops, create project artefacts, and maintain high quality reporting.
• Employ Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches effectively.
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience managing medium to large technology/integration projects.
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum).
• Strong technical knowledge of platform integrations and data architecture.
• Experience across both Salesforce and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to higher education or international student recruitment systems.
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe).
• Inclusive leadership across global teams.
Contract & Salary
• Term: 12 month fixed term contract (FTC), with potential for extension.
• Salary band (London market):
o £65,000 - £75,000
