We are looking for a Senior Development Tutor to join our team.
Role summary
As a Senior Professional Development Tutor, you will design, create and deliver impactful online Development workshops, asynchronous e-learning courses and resources for apprentices L2-7, Kaplan staff and other commercial requests, helping develop key skills and providing personal development opportunities. You will also support the development and delivery of a range of Serious Play programmes at scale for our learners, supporting Kaplan’s move toward Education 4.0.
What you’ll bring to the role
The successful candidate is expected to be a professionally qualified teacher with relevant experience in both teaching and content creation. You will have the relevant occupational competency to facilitate the delivery of leadership and business skills. Experience in delivering large-scale Serious Play programmes is highly desirable but not essential. This role would thus suit an experienced tutor who teaches leadership, management or business.
