We are looking for a Reasonable Adjustment Liaison to join our team.
Role Summary
The Accessibility Team is responsible for reasonable adjustment requests and accommodations. You will play a key role in working and supporting candidates who have requested reasonable adjustments or accommodations for their assessments.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience of evidence based decision making in applying relevant principles
- Experience of working in processes concerning reasonable adjustment plans in assessments
- Exceptional IT skills, particularly G-Suite and spreadsheets to record and evaluate critical data.
- Experience of working closely with stakeholder teams to implement processes
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to draft clear, succinct and relevant correspondence and reports
- Strong administrative skills including organisation
