We are looking for a Power Automate Specialist to join our team. Kaplan Open Learning is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Power Automate Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency and accuracy across our online education operations.

You will play a key role in transforming manual administrative processes into streamlined digital solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and the wider Power Platform ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the digital automation strategy within a forward-thinking online education provider that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Power Automate, including both cloud and desktop flows.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience developing intelligent and interactive solutions using AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio).
  • Experience integrating automation solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Forms.
  • Understanding of JSON, expressions, and dynamic content within Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with data connectors and API integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Dynamics, or other CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • UK-based and eligible to work remotely, with occasional team collaboration meetings if required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in online education or higher education environments.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or custom connector development.
