We are looking for a Digital Talent Coach to join our team.
Role summary
To provide outstanding support and subject expertise to our Digital and IT apprentices. You will inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You’ll continuously build your own knowledge and capabilities whilst helping us to improve how we deliver apprenticeships to our customers.
As the Talent Coach, you will:
- Guide and motivate learners to help them achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes.
- Carry out regular check-ins with the learners and employers to ensure they are progressing well in the apprenticeship and are on track to complete and pass.
- Be proactive in monitoring the performance of learners and informing appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on learner performance when required.
- Support apprentices to improve their maths and English capabilities and achieve their Functional Skills if required.
- Discuss Prevent and British Values topics with learners during progress reviews.
