We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team at Kaplan Living, in the role of Deputy Manager for our student residence in Liverpool. Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with the running of the residences, ensuring a first-class residential and customer experience.
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service, strong attention to detail and experience in managing people. You'll be part of a team which will provide a 'home from home atmosphere' to international students, offering a vibrant social community and a safe secure environment where students can relax.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Possess leadership and excellent oral and written communication skills including the proven ability to engage with customers and colleagues alike
