SAP Freelance Freelance Trainer

The Role:

As an SAP Trainer in the UK, you will design and deliver SAP HANA and S/4HANA training. You’ll create clear materials, run workshops, and guide learners to build the skills they need to use SAP effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive SAP HANA and S/4HANA training programs for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels.
• Translate complex SAP HANA and S/4HANA concepts into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
• Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high participant engagement and understanding.
• Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging concepts.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly, ensuring relevance to real-world scenarios.

Requirements

• Must be a UK resident with a valid work permit.
• Mandatory SAP certification in S/4HANA, preferably SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business/Management Information Systems (MIS), or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a training or instructional role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Able to perform well in high-pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
