Kaplan is a world leader in Professional Education is seeking to hire experienced Freelance Instructors with an industry certifications and expert knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, or Wealth Management & Private Banking, for an upcoming Training based in the GCC location. The training will take place in GCC region. Successful candidates will deliver bespoke training courses to some of the most well-known and respected organizations in the Middle East.
Your profile
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or Economics. A CFA Charter, MBA, or specialized certification (e.g., CTP for Treasury) is highly preferred
- Must have at least 5 years of industry experience in Retail, Corporate, Treasury, or Wealth/Private Banking,
- A minimum of 4 years in professional training
Your Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced-level knowledge of their specific banking domain (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, or Wealth Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
