We are looking for a Student Support Officer to join our team. You will contribute to Kaplan's success by providing industry-leading customer service to prospective students, as well as their parents, guardians or sponsors, on study options at our pathway colleges in the UK and by helping students move from the initial stages of their application journey to enrolment. You will have excellent customer service skills and will relish the opportunity to represent and cultivate a high-value, premium brand product.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Admissions or Student Recruitment Officer who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A university degree, ideally from a country other than your native country.
  • Demonstrable track record in an admissions, student recruitment, customer service, or student-facing role, with experience working towards individual and team objectives.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with prospective students and supporting them throughout their educational journey, using your communication and relationship-building skills to help them make informed decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills through telephone, email, WhatsApp, Teams and other platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn multiple products quickly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for students and their parents, sponsors and guardians.
  • An ability to prioritise effectively and manage time under pressure.
  • Highly organised with strong administration skills.
  • Patience and proven problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of enthusiasm and personal commitment.

*Please note that the annual leave entitlement will be calculated on a pro rata basis if the role is part time.
