What you will do
As a Senior College Services Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellent pre-arrival, arrival and accommodation support for all our students while creating a positive impact on the student journey. As part of the Student Services team, your work will be at the heart of fostering a supportive and organized environment for students. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape team training, improve processes, and manage essential student social activities, making a tangible difference in both student experience and student success. This is your chance to lead, innovate, and contribute to a thriving academic community!
What you’ll bring to the role
- Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to encourage these qualities in others.
- Experience & Interests: A strong interest in education, particularly in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.
- Technical & Organisational Skills: Proficiency in IT (especially Microsoft Excel, including formulae, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables), strong organisational abilities, and effective time management.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams, with experience leading activities or small teams to achieve goals.
- Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, confidentiality awareness, initiative, flexibility, and a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
