Maintenance Manager\\n\\nReference number: JR(phone number removed)\\n\\nLocation: Kaplan Living Nottingham\\n\\nWorking pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week\\n\\nContract Type: Permanent\\n\\nNumber of roles: 1\\n\\nWe are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team.\\n\\nYou will be responsible for the day to day facilities management and work as a member of the team providing a front line response in both planned and reactive maintenance service in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with our stakeholders.
