We are looking for an Academic Manager to join our team. As an Academic Manager at Kaplan International College London, you will use your knowledge of teaching and learning to help us deliver a high-quality academic experience to our diverse, international student body, whilst managing and motivating a team of committed teachers to perform to the best of their ability. You will enjoy working with international students, be student focussed, be open to change and development, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be fully committed to ensuring all our students’ success.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching
- Experience of leading a project or initiative that has led to enhancements in a curriculum area/s
- Knowledge of the needs of international students

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher
- A teaching qualification ideally
