We are looking for an Admissions Adviser to join our team.
Role Summary
As an Admissions Adviser, you’ll be helping prospective students to make the right choices about their education. You’ll provide information about what’s involved in studying towards an Online course, answer questions on tuition fees as well as advising about the requirements for admission. You’ll engage with potential students about the benefits of studying online and the kind of career opportunities that studying their chosen programme will provide. You’ll have to balance speed of response and getting through a high volume of enquiries with providing the right level of personal attention to each potential student.
