Following a recent major refurbishment project, KIC London offers students a beautiful, state-of-the-art study environment, with a range of learning spaces which encourage both collaboration and independence. Our KIC London team is committed to ensuring our students thrive socially and academically during their studies. Our college is located next to borough market, two minutes from London Bridge station, offering fantastic views across the Thames to the City of London. What you will do As a College Services Advisor, you’ll play a vital role covering all aspects of student support and success from welcoming to the College to registering at their chosen university. The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance and administration. What you’ll bring to the role * Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students. * Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. * Willingness to work flexiblyy. * Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals. * Attention to detail. * Ability to take initiative. * A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. * A strong commitment to Safeguarding.
