I am currently looking for experienced Machine Operators to be responsible for setting up and maintaining the Production Line. This role plays a vital part in facilitating smooth operations contributing to the overall success of the production as well as ensuring efficiency of the machine by minimizing downtime and maximizing the quality of output.
Key duties / responsibilities:
- Setting up & the maintenance of the production lines to minimize downtime & promptly address issues and at end of shift clean and shut line down.
- In line with documented line maintenance responsibilities oversee and execute both automated and manual cleaning of equipment to uphold cleanliness and Health and Safety standards.
- Monitor and reduce product and chemical waste and rejects within the team's duties, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage the delivery and attaching of raw chemicals, gases and hazardous materials to the line in readiness for the production line to run.
- Understand critical control points and ensure their continuous operation.
- Fill out daily check sheets and promptly report any faults or issues to the Maintenance Team.
You will ideally have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with familiarity with relevant machinery and equipment.
