I’m currently looking for experienced Field Service Engineers for one of the largest construction machine manufacturers in the world. Working across the UK, you will have strong electro-mechanical skills, carrying out effective installation, repair and maintenance of all products within the company’s crane division.

  • Fault Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
  • On-Site Repairs: Minimise client downtime with swift fixes.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Inspect slewing gears, hoists, and wire ropes regularly.
  • Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex control panels and drive inverter systems.
  • Technical Support: Guide clients on compliance and safety.
  • Field Travel: Service mobile units and tower cranes.
  • LOLER Inspections: Conduct thorough safety examinations.

You will have a proven background in heavy plant or crane maintenance, ideally NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent, and be proficient in reading complex schematics / drawings. It is essential you have a strong background servicing industrial overhead, tower and / or crawler cranes.
