Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or injection moulding background looking for a highly autonomous role with strong technical development and no night shifts? This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer where you’ll be supported to expand your mechanical and electrical skillset and establish yourself as a key technical specialist within the business. You’ll have the freedom to make the role your own while playing a vital part in a well-established engineering team.
The company is a global leader in plastic injection moulded products, operating in over 80 countries worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a proactive and motivated Maintenance Engineer to support their operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and injection moulding machinery, as well as supporting site facilities. You will also plan and complete preventative maintenance schedules to ensure smooth and efficient production.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday, rotating earlies and lates (no night shifts)
- Breakdown diagnostics and repairs
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Working on a variety of manufacturing machinery and site facilities
The Person:
- Maintenance Engineer background
- Experience in a manufacturing, injection moulding, or similar environment
- Comfortable working in a double-days (earlies/lates) shift pattern
