Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to work on structural steel components during our night shift. The role involves: * Welding structural steel using MIG processes to a high standard. * Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings. * Fabricating steel components according to specifications. * Using workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively. * Performing quality checks on completed work. * Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience as a MIG welder/fabricator, ideally with structural steel. * Ability to read and work from detailed technical drawings. * Strong understanding of welding techniques and steel fabrication. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Flexibility and reliability to work night shifts. * Relevant qualifications or certifications in welding/fabrication (desirable).
