KAP Technical is expanding its Temporary Division and seeks a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary workers across Bedford, Northampton, Leicester, Peterborough and Birmingham.
You will respond promptly to client requests, source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, build a strong pool of talent, and ensure compliance and accurate documentation while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.
