About the Role
Due to continued business growth, KAP Technical Recruitment is seeking experienced and ambitious Divisional Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven recruitment professional to leverage their industry expertise, build and develop a division and team, and participate in the company's success through a share equity scheme. As a Divisional Manager, you will be a hands-on biller, take ownership of your division's performance, including full P&L responsibility. You will be responsible for setting and managing KPIs, coaching and motivating team members, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and customer service.
