Pay Rate: 20.00 - 29.60 per hour
Contract: Ongoing | Outside IR35 (LTD or Umbrella)
Location: Solihull
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (The project operates 7 days a week)
The Role: You will be handling surface prep, masking, mixing, application, and quality inspection. As standard, you will need to provide and maintain your own high-quality spray gun.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and match paint colours accurately using manufacturer-approved systems
- Apply paint finishes to repaired vehicles and replacement panels
- Carry out blending and polishing work to achieve a seamless finish
- Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality standards
- Work closely with Panel Technicians and MET Technicians throughout the repair process
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work areas in line with health and safety requirements
- Complete all work efficiently while adhering to agreed repair timescales
