Join our team for the summer harvest! We're seeking Seasonal Scale Operators who will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by accurately operating the scale and assisting with daily operational and maintenance tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Greet customers in a positive, courteous manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate the scale, probe grain, take samples, enter sales tickets, and process customer payments accurately.
- Assist with facility operations, including loading vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, painting, and performing general maintenance tasks.
- Complete all paperwork and reports accurately and on time, while complying with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, promote a safe work environment, and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including varying days, shifts, and overtime as needed.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills and maintain regular, reliable attendance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
