Digital Construction Manager (BIM Manager) โ United Utilities Team

Hours

Responsibilities
- Managing and implementing ISO 19650 information management processes across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Supporting project teams with digital tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Monitoring software utilisation and maturity, helping teams embrace new technologies.
- Building relationships with stakeholders and supply chain partners to drive digital adoption.
- Providing mentoring and leadership to Digital Construction Coordinators.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Good understanding of ISO 19650 and experience with BIM processes.
- Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional construction methods.
- Enjoys sharing knowledge and nurturing othersโ development.
- Transferable skills are welcomed; not required to tick every box.
