We’re looking for a Structures Engineer to join our team based in Staines/Edmonton, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Contracts Manager and Inspection Programme Manager, supporting the day‑to‑day planning and delivery of structures work.

Location: Staines/Edmonton, London – Hybrid Working available.

Hours: 45 hours per week with some flexibility.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate inspections and maintenance works to meet project timescales and KPIs.
  • Monitor project programmes, update schedules, and attend internal and client meetings.
  • Provide technical guidance on inspections and engineering works, ensuring health and safety documentation meets standards.
  • Order plant, traffic management, and materials for site works while tracking performance indicators.
  • Support the completion of health and safety files and issue scheme completion certificates.

Qualifications:

  • HNC or equivalent qualification in Structural Engineering.
  • Experience from highways, rail, or London Underground environments.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects with a good understanding of traffic management requirements.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification with a strong awareness of health and safety best practice.
  • Full driving licence and sound commercial awareness.
