We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brightwell, United Kingdom. In this role, you will take ownership of structural design projects from conception through completion, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, safe, and compliant solutions. Responsibilities- Develop structural concepts and designs in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct detailed structural calculations, load analysis, and modeling using industry‑standard software and tools.

- Review and validate shop drawings and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Coordinate structural designs with architectural, MEP, and other discipline teams, resolving conflicts through innovative alternative solutions.
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and procurement teams to support project execution.
- Provide structural clarification and technical support during construction and execution phases.
- Monitor field changes and modifications, integrating structural adjustments while maintaining design integrity.
- Ensure all structural works comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality management standards.
- Maintain comprehensive as‑built documentation and technical records for all projects.
- Report technical risks, constraints, and design modifications to management with transparency and clarity.
- Support the procurement process for structural materials and equipment.
