We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our construction team based in Leeds. Location: Leeds - Hybrid working where possible. Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, guiding them through the development of realistic construction programmes from tender through to successful delivery. Your expertise will help ensure our projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing integrated programmes for tender activities, coordinating design, commercial and production elements
  • Creating and maintaining look-ahead programmes and individual trade package programmes
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to ensure timely delivery
  • Supporting and mentoring project leads to enhance their planning and software skills
  • Advising on the impact of project changes and updating programmes accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta or Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrable experience working on build tenders and live projects with a main contractor
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT Contract Conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating across teams in an advisory capacity
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
