Location: Twickenham, London. Hours: 45 hours per week, with flexible working available.

Provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. Oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance. Lead multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment. Ensure projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets. Champion a zero‑harm culture and manage high‑risk activities robustly. Build trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners. Lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary management team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture.
  • Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks.
  • Collaborative, trusted, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Transferrable skills valued; not all boxes need to be ticked.
