Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire – travel to the office required with some remote working available.

Hours: Permanent Fulltime, 40 hours per week. Some flexibility on hours is available if desired.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial responsibility and accountability from pre‑contract through to final account.
  • Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and CVR reconciliations, including cash‑flow forecasting, financial performance reporting, change management, and negotiation/agreement of final accounts with clients.
  • Lead procurement strategy and subcontractor appointments, making use of internal frameworks, negotiating subcontract terms and managing supply chain commercial performance.
  • Contribute to bid reviews, commercial strategy development and wider business improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a key commercial interface with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, providing informed commercial guidance to senior management and the project team.
Qualifications
  • Academic and professional qualifications relevant to commercial management (MRICS/MCICES/MCIOB or working towards these).
  • Proven experience at a senior commercial level, particularly with target contracts.
  • Ability to inspire, lead and communicate effectively across diverse teams and projects.
  • Full driving licence.
